| My husband tried to make a deposit yesterday, and for some reason it would not take it, then it would not let him login, and it won't let me login to my account either. What's going on. I had to set up a new account so I could get in to find some answers. I have had no reponse from FullTilt on this, except for their acknowledgement of my emails. Any one have any suggestions? |

Did you use the same deposit method for both accounts? A BIG no no, seperate deposit methods
Have you both sent in proof of identity yet? Simply scan D/L and phone bill for both you and wife then email to support
Dont make any new accounts, Just email them from the original email account linked to your poker account and be patient. It just took them 10 days to do the same thing for me. |

A quick short courteous description of the problem and a little bit of patience works for me.. They will always get back to you.. multi e-mails just confuses the issue.. Good Luck..

I had to set up a new account so I could get in to find some answers.
This may also cause additional problems & delays. Only one account / person, the first one. Anyways, be patient support will sort it out in time and get back to you. Often takes several days.
