not sure... kind of still early, have no clear read on opponent the one or two times he showed down cards, they were solid...
Do you 3 bet pre? Do you lead out on that flop with c bet? Or do you - c/fold?
Full Tilt Poker, NL Hold'em Tournament, 30/60 Blinds, 8 Players

SB: 1,230
BB: 1,665
UTG: 1,780
UTG+1: 1,825
Hero (MP1): 2,070
MP2: 1,425
CO: 1,405
BTN: 2,100
Pre-Flop: (90) Jh Jd dealt to Hero (MP1)
2 folds, Hero raises to 220, MP2 folds, CO raises to 380, 3 folds, Hero calls 160
Flop: (850) 6s As Td (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets 1,025 and is All-In, Hero --
Basically I'm assuming with the preflop reraise AK/AQ something like that... guess he could make that move with 10 / 10 pre-flop and he has the position to C-bet on flop... not sure.

The min raise by your opponent would make me real nervous here. Once that happens I am playing for set value here. If I don't hit the jack I am folding to the all in. Technically i don't think you can c-bet when you call the PF reraise, but however you want to look at it I would not lead the flop here.
As far as what he has here, I don't think he shoves the flop if he has an ace. He loses value most of the time because people are folding. I'd say KK or QQ if I had to guess. He then got scared when the flop hit and donk shoved.
The way opponent played makes me believe he is a donk, so it's hard to do more than guess on his hand unless you have some more history on him. |

| Thanks... you are right KK / QQ might make more sense or he had big Ace and was happy to just protect his little pot and pick it up - he seemed like a scared player, so I grew to believe, probably the best move was to get away from hand. I later saw him limp in with big hands like AA, and then timidly check it all the way down just to let the big blind do something with their 8-3 OS by the river. It was strange. Or he was a genius. Not sure. Ha. |

Raise a little less preflop. 3XBB is usually good if you're first in; anything more and you're taking an unnecessary risk.
Folding to the shove is standard here. He either had you preflop or most likely has you now.

Most likely, he's riddled with Fancy Play Syndrome. He would have been better off just raising and maybe getting a caller or two PF. |

| Pre is ok. I'd raise slightly less but it's not too bad. Fold the flop easily. |

lol one of the first times i've ever seen someone say raise less. usually people are saying raise more.
but yer - do raise less. 180 is fine. don't get into the habit of raising your bigger hands more, because good players will pick up on this and adjust accordingly. c/f flop is fine as well. case could be made for folding pre but readless im happy just calling |
