O8 for me.

The mindset changes as soon as this game starts. give the chasers four cards instead of two and let the four betting begin. On top of that, let em chase low as well as high and it becomes a more difficult game to accurately do the math in multi way pots( which is most often the case, even at showdown).

Getting qtrd by someone thinking they have nuts and capping is when i want to strangle idiots. Nothing worse than winning and losing.

Evil game imo

I voted for stud because I find it difficult to tell where I'm at in the hand especially multiway. So unless I have a really strong hand or strong draw I'll fold or play too passively.

I'm a little surprised that the majority have trouble with/or dislike stud.... The origin of pretty much all casino card games.

I guess its the post moneymaker era.

I'd say stud only because it's the game I struggle at the most with starting hand selections. I feel like I can hold my own in most of them.

I voted omaha h/l I have trouble picking the spots where im getting quartered and i have the least exsperiance with it. Im suprised at how many people picked stud hi I mean that and 5 card draw were the only poker games i had ever played untill holdem became huge a few years ago.

If you lost half your bankroll on one hand, you should really do some reading regarding proper bankroll management. Plenty to be found on the subject in this forum.

My bankroll was down to about 50$ and it was at a table where the average pot was 5$ and I had been doing good at HORSE the last few days. I like to play larger blinds, and it has worked for me thus far. I lose often, but I win more often so I haven't had much of a problem.
