Hi,
I'm pretty new to FTP and I've never had any problems before. Just resently I tried to get into a freeroll turnament and instead of of the normal "You're registered" pop up. I received a message stating this...

"You are currently restricted from registering in tournaments. If you feel you have received this message in error, please contact us at support@fulltiltpoker.com."

I then tried to enter a $1 tournament and the same message appeared. I continue to try tournanemts with FT points, same thing. I tried to enter small stakes ring games, same thing. So I finally wrote the FTP support.

Has this happen to anyone before? My bankroll has money it, and I don't think I bounced any deposites. If I did, would that happen? Just to make sure that something bounced wasn't it. I deposited $30 by credit card to maybe reverse this situation. But still, nothing. Same pop up's.

I know I wrote the FTP support already, but does anyone have any ideas?

I can safely say i never heard of this one. But yeah support will fix it.

i'm in the same situation. but i have almost 160.00 in my account. what really bug me is that they refuse to respond to my e-mails. it's like they hope i'll just forget i got money in there. if they don't sort this out soon i'm done with them. not like they care but i'll never refer anyone for sure.

I have been receiving the same message i have been trying to play ring games and they wont let me I get the same message that you have gotten. I also have E-mail the support team and they have yet to respond, it is going on the third day with this problem and without a response.

Hi,
Thanks for everyones responses.
No, I don't have 2 accounts. This problem has been going on for 3 days now too. I have yet to recieve a response. If anyone has had this problem and got it resolved please let me know what you did. I'll be writing FTP support again on the 12th. I will keep emailing them every 3 days till i do. I will also keep updating here in the event I do get this resolved, maybe it can help some one else later.
... but I still have to ix the problem.
To add, the deposite for $30 I did with credit card was approved and deposited to my bankroll. Then on the 2nd, it was taken out of my bankroll and it hasn't been redeposited to my bank account.

Ok, I received an email from FTP support today. It was error on my part, I bounced 2 echecks on the 24th and 26th of Sep. I don't know why the deposite following those bounced echecks went through.
The way FTP support explained it, I have to wait for the 15th. When FTP will recharge my account for the amount that bounced all together. Then 10 days after that once it confirmed clear. I will be able to return to the tables.
The only way I can get back to playing sooner, is to make a deposite for the amount that did not clear. Using a cradit card.

I'll let everyone know when everything is done and I'm able to return back to the tables.

*On another note...
I keep reading about people not being able to get a response from FTP support. Honestly, I had no problems. It took 3 business days to get a respones which is pretty fast. If anyone has had problems and looking for resolution, recommend emailing them again and trying to be as detailed as possible without being agressive. Make sure you include you login ID, and your full name.
It worked for.
