I am getting my wife one right now.

What are you worried about? Give specifics.

If you don't have an immediate family situation, you have to go through the waiting list and it could take up to a year for them to get to your case.

If you have immediate family, it shouldn't take longer than a month.

As to whether it is hard to obtain or not, without an immediate family situation, it gets down to your skills and present location.

And it is a lot more expensive than it used to be.

I went through this process with my wife a few years ago. The process itself was very easy. Just fill out the appropriate forms, pay the fees, and wait. It might take a while but as long as you follow the procedures you shouldn't have any problems.

Have you ever been a communist or a Nazi?

Do you have any plans to be one?

Does anyone in your family have similar plans?

If so, why?

I really dunno why either.

oh lord we're being overrun by Canadians

If so, why?

Due to the vast # of Vietnamese and Chinese living in Cali, the communist angle has been pretty much been back-burnered by homeland security and the INS.
And if they deem u a Nazi, they now just attempt to relocate you somewherez in a rural part of the US, to prevent you from being harmed by angry blacks and mexicans.

Phead... find some 19-y.o. American girl, knock her up, marry her.
should go ez from there.

Oh, and whatever u do, Phead,
avoid relocating to South Park, Colorado.

if you enter into N.Korea illegal and get caught you get 12 years in prison.

if you enter the U.S. ilegal and get caught you get to vote, you get food stamps, welfare and healthcare, why bother with a green card.

Ahhh, the land of rice and kimchee, where the streets are paved with stuff u pave streets with.

Not entirely true. Varies by state.
>In Utah, they issue you a "driver's privilege card".
>In Pennsylvania, they hold you in a minimum-security facility
until a deportation hearing is held by the INS.
>In New Jersey, they wait until they find you laying on the sidewalk drunky,
then the ambulance takes you to the hospital, then they drop you off in front of Home Depot or Labor Ready after you're all better.
>In California, they gather you up in groups of 40-50, herd you onto a bus, which then drops you off in Tijuana, Mexico.
>In Nevada, they dress you a brightly colored T-shirt, and drop you off on the Strip in Las Vegas, where you are instructed to hand out fap cards to tourists.

I wonder what the rule is in Saudi Arabia, where entry,
OTHER THAN BY INVITATION,
is illegal...

I forgot to tell u guyz. One of my fellow program members, Sean [known by many locally as "Irish"], was finally deported back to Belfast, Ireland [yes, he IS ex-IRA, but he's too drunk to wire a friggin' bomb properly now]
this summer, after living 25+ years illegally in the US. The local cops had finally had enough of his drunken belligerence.
[he was also rather surly on the rare occasions of his SOBRIETY, iirc]
He was issued a furnished apt. just like i was, but he only stayed there like 2-3 days a month. He preferred to sleep on the RR tracks and drink copious amounts of malt liquor with Scranton's local street tramps.

[The vast majority of these street tramps have, at 1 time or another, been offered an apt. like I was. They all refused... sumthin to do with giving up drinking mebbe, altho 1 of my other program compatriots, a guy somewhat older than me who was born on a tribal reservation in Riverside county, CA, still pounds 'em down daily.
