The update just released was a minor update to help improve large tournament performance and fix a bug with the game name not appearing on the felt of 7-Game tournament tables. Not a "real" update, just a couple of tweaks in preparation for FTOPS next week.

Questions:

1. Security Tokens?

- If all goes according to plan, they should appear in the store by the end of next week / beginning of the following week, with the actual feature going into production shortly thereafter.

2. Anyway you can add an option to make the mouse wheel increase in SB increments?

- Yes, this is coming.

3. last time you said that the option to not open lobby on opening of a sng was being worked on how far is this?

- I don't have a date, but it's actively in development. So the answer is "pretty far along" but I can't be any more specific than that.

4. is it possible to add DON's (double of nothing) sngs?

- We still don't have any plans for this, but that doesn't mean it's impossible or never coming.

5. also, any chance we can get a 6 max 24+2 mtt?

- There's a PLH at 17:00 ET and an NLH at 23:00 ET. Did you have a specific time in mind?

6. option to auto wait for bb and auto post blinds on all tables

- Coming in the next few months (probably first quarter of next year if I absolutely had to guess).

7. option for auto relod to reload to the initial buy in. In some tables I want to play 100 or 200bb, some 50bb.

- I'll look into this.

8. cash bonuses or tournament tickets in the ftp store

- Still no plans for the former. Definite plans for the latter.

9. make the table instantly popup when it's your turn to play

- I believe this is better now. Do you still feel like there's a delay?

10. timezones

- Coming, but I don't know when.

11. different currencies for bankroll

- Being worked on. It will just be a single additional currency (Euro) at first. Not even the slightest idea when it will be done, though, sorry.

12. smaller lobby in standard view

- Yep, coming.

13. highlight colors in the lobby for tables you are playing on or on waitlist

- Also being worked on.

14. Yeah, we really need to hear something about the shortstack issue soon. Glad to hear it's being discussed and on the radar, but something a bit more specific would be nice.

- I promise I'll announce any changes in this area before the end of the year. Sorry I can't commit to sooner than that.

- I'll look into this.

16. please add some O8 fixed limit MTTs

- Do you have any particular time of day you'd like to see one?

17. EVERY SINGLE TOURNAMENT that i start or that i get moved tables, the table stays minimized on the task bar. that's literally not ONE tournament opening up as it should.

- Do you have "Bring Lobby To Front" and "Display Table On Action" unchecked? Do you minimize all of the tournament lobbies before they start? Try playing with both options and instead of minimizing the lobbies after registering, close them. Let me know if any of that helps.

18. a LHE table in between 50/100 and 100/200, ie 60/120, 75/150 or 80/160

- I'll look into it.

19. any updates on implementation for the HU 1 table max per type rule? This really needs to be enforced by the software soon.

- It's in active development. Still at least a few months away, though.

20. Doug, any plans in the future to get rid of the tokens and stick to T$ only?

- No, but we do have other plans for the tokens...

21. it would be super awesome if you could slap some sort of guarantee on the turbo 30+3 and turbo 20+2 that run each day. ( or maybe turn that 20+2 into a 24+2?)

- Maybe!

22. FTP stop doing everything wrong.

- Welcome to Full Tilt Poker, where nothing can possibli go wrong. PossiblY go wrong. That's... That's the first thing that's ever gone wrong.

23. i was wondering when will the mtts that starts at like 2:50, 3:50 etc, will have synch first breaks? Because i play micro mtts and most turbo tournaments start at this time and i never have a 5 min break if i start one every X:50.

- We don't have any plans for this. However, for a tournament that starts at 3:50 and has late reg for the first full level (or two levels for a turbo), you can hold off on registering for it until after the 3:55 break ends, which means you'd still get to take your break. Too many players only play one table and get really mad if we make their tournament go on break 5 minutes after it starts, which is why "no breaks in the first level (or two for a turbo)" rule exists. Now I did notice that a lot of those turbo tournaments that start at :50 after the hour only have one level of late reg. I’ll make sure those get changed to 2 levels so you can actually take the break as I described.

24. how about private cash game tables, like the private tournaments?

- We're kicking the idea around. Would be a good ways off, though.

25. Will there be any problems when I switch over to Windows 7 in a week or so? Should I hold off on that?

- It should be fine (based on our internal testing and the fact that we've already seen a good number of players using it). Do let us know if you have any problems with it, though.

26. could you find a way in which i can give players notes in the hand history box or in the sng/mtt lobby

- Yes, both are planned.

27. Please add an option to automatically start your time bank when your 15 seconds expire.

- No plans for this. The time bank is meant to help with tough decisions, not be a crutch for multi-tablers who can't act on their table in time. We get just as many requests to shorten everyone's time to act as we do this request, so it seems like a good balance.

28. When i start the client it says "Connected..." but it takes minutes to start the client (~2:15 last time). My CPU Usage hits 100% (Dualcore!) for 30s or so and then stays around 80-90% till the client finally shows the login screen.

- That's definitely not normal. If you go to the Network Options under the Security menu, is the checkbox checked or not? If it is, try unchecking it. If it's not, send me a PM and I'll try to help figure out what's going on.

29. Any chance that with the changes to the software, FTP is considering raising the maximum number of tables that can be played at one time?

- We aren't considering it at this time, no.

30. Can you make it so the table pops up for add-ons like it does when it's your action in a hand? Playing multiple tables I miss it all the time

- The add-on button should appear right away as long as you're out of the hand (usually right after you fold it appears) which should make it less likely to miss. Having said that, I think popping up the table like it's your turn to act is a good idea and will make it even less likely to miss. I'll look into it.

31. being able to access the HH window w/o being seated at the tables (to review old HHs you playedt hat session/day) would be cool.

- True. It should be there as a menu item. I'll look into it.

32. its been about a week where I cant see the bet or pot sizes. I have tried fooling with the animation settings and not running any other applications but this doesn't help.

- I know we still have a bug where sometimes the bet amount won't show during a hand for a single seat, but what you're describing sounds like the option is just turned off. Have you double checked the Options menu to make sure "Display Bet Amounts" and "Display Pot Total" are checked?

33. I would like the lobby filter to have the ability to eliminate structures from the filter, rather than selecting only one type. In other words, I'd rather see all games except fixed limit, and mixed limit--instead of just being able to select no limit.

- Yeah, we debated this during the planning of how the browse area would work. It was ultimately decided that we wanted to keep the first columns as simple as possible by restricting them to a single choice, leaving only the Stakes column as multi-selectable. You can still get what you're looking for by creating multiple "Favorites" (one NLH Favorite and one PLH Favorite, for example) and selecting them both. It's a little more time consuming, but once it's done it's done.

34. doug, also address the cashing out problems. ppl are getting way too many bounced checks.

- There was an issue with a check processor. I believe it's since been resolved and the backlog is being cleared. I know the cashier folks are working as quickly as possible to respond to everyone's questions, but they were definitely overwhelmed for a few days there and for that we apologize. It should never take as long as it took for some players to get a real response to their questions about the situation.

Everyone that was affected by this issue (and any other cashout issue) should have already been refunded or had their checks reissued. If that's not the case, please contact support and they will look into it. Again, very sorry for the problems. While the issues aren't fully under our control, it's our responsibility to ensure everyone is taken care of as quickly as possible and we will make any changes necessary to deal with these issues in a more timely manner.
