| I too have been restricted from playing in real or play money as of this morning. I put money in my account last night and played then played earlier this morning, but soon got an email saying that I had insuffiecient funds in my bank account. It scared me, so I called the bank and I have plenty of funds, to my relief. I called the service that fulltilt uses and go one phone call back,,,,then I got cut off from the phone call before we got to talk. I decided to re-deposit, I did,,,they took the money out of my account and I am still restricted. I need some help! |

Well, I received confirmation that support got my email. Now I'm waiting to see what they suggest. I'll post as soon as I hear form them.
Last week I had deposit trouble too. Support said a number of people were experiencing deposit problems and they were working on a fix. The next morning I was able to deposit just fine. |

| I am still waiting on the phone call. I dont know why they go ahead and put money in an account if there are insufficient funds,,,,,but there wasnt anyway. I shouldnt have redeposited, but too late. This kinda scares me that they are having deposit problems and they are making us just sit here and wait for email or phone call. |

| I recently cashed out a check for $400 dollars which ended up in a charge back to my account. Not only that, before the charge back I deposited another $30 and my account is frozen. No one in support will contact me and return my emails. What is going on? How dare you cancel a check I cashed out, that I won, that's my money? |

By playing poker, it's illegal? I didn't do anything but deposit from my own bank account and play legally. This is absolute insanity! |

| I'd be patient except that my bank account is now 400 dollars overdrawn because they cancelled the check. Which I don't get because I got a check for $200.00 that went through, now this one bounced according to my bank. Does fulltilt not have the funds to pay? I've been contacting them for days. |
