| Jeffr i don't believe cashing it even if it was to bounce puts you at any risk, you don't know the current status of the acct. at the time you cash it, although you could call the bank and they can tell you "at this time" the check is good or bad, i know your not the kind of person that would deposit and write checks agaist it before it clears, cashing it and if it bounces puts you at a moral standpoint of paying back the casher, but not a legal obligation, at least that is my belief it is a risk the casher takes. |

| I just requested a cashout for the $2,500 they sent back, hopefully they send the check from a good processor... |
Just received the check I cashed out on the 28th. Its from a Califronia processor...isn't that the same processor that bounced all of these checks???
Should I cash it or what? |
I highly doubt they would have used the same processor, but it is possible. Usually when the checks start bouncing it was because the processor was shut down(caught for dealing with the online poker sites). |
The faulty processor is from California...the check I got today was from California.
I sent them an e-mail, I'll post their response when I get one. |

While they're sorting out the laws and such in our country, over-zealous prosecutors are doing questionable things realizing that they can get away with messing with these third party processors.
Has anyone ever tried to use a warranty for something on an American car or get something replaced with insurance? It never goes smoothly... I had one of these checks, bouncing checks sucks... But FT put the funds back in my online account + another 100 bucks. I had them send me another check. Life goes on.
The way I see it Full tilt realized there was a problem and remedied it as best they could, gave everyone their money back + 100 dollars more. That's pretty good stuff imo... certainly better service than you'll see from any other company that I've ever dealt with regarding warranties and such. Its sad that I actually trust FTP more than I trust most brick and mortar American companies and even our elected representatives in this country in terms of doing the right thing.
If your account got overdrawn that does suck, but honestly if this is the worst thing that has ever happened to you, you've lived a pretty good life. |

| yeah ive been in contact with the processor that handled mine remember if the government is meddling with there affairs be careful what we say here this is a public forum and we want our money right but after another check was sent on friday that will not be good informed from the processor but then another was sent out to me for the exact amount on saturday and was told that one will be good be careful check the checks make sure there good before cashing them at least then you can set down easy unlike setting on pins and needles with a bounced check out there and them waiting to come pick you up |

So am I the only one who has not received anything from Full Tilt after having a bounced check? What did I do wrong? I'm the 2nd user to mention my problem here, yet everyone else has at least received an automatic message, and I have none despite emailing them, 3 times, in total, (but didn't try to spam them by waiting between emails)? What did I do wrong? Come on, respond to me, FTP. |

| **UPDATE** I still never heard from FT but I have been allowed back to play. They also haven't refunded the $70 they withdrew with this echeck flap. I hope to hear from them and get my $$ back soon. |

| I also requested a check after the bounced funds became available. The check is from the exact same processor. I previously sent them an email about this expressing my concern. They sent back a generic email telling me the exact thing they said in the first email about the check bouncing. I just deposited the check anyway and it cleared today. Maybe the processor was not completely shut down but just some transactions were bad. BTW it was the California processor. |

Bounce check has happened to me again. I knew something bad was going to happen when there was a note attached that said cash the check ASAP.
I know the drill.
Contact FT Support
and fax over the bank statement with the bounce check and the service charge. Then wait.
Hopefully, they can quickly fund my account with the amount withdrawn
(plus a bonus?).
I know FT is not broke... just bad check processors. |

THIS FTW.
I've been getting my premium bank wire in under 2 business days, It's awesome. |
