the 9-man $2.25's have been the most profitable for me so far. 5 played, 4 1st place finishes. |

| decided to advance to phase 2 w/o playing out the $3.30 mm sats. phase 1 is already ~30% roi and in all honesty i dont think i have much of an edge in turbo games. not enough post flop play, stacks are too shallow. plus i heard theres a shark named mikah swimming around in those games anyway. phase 2 will begin w/ a $104 br and will consist of $5.50 & $2.25 9 player sng, no turbos. the remaining daily dollar tournys and the token will roll over into phase 2. |

Well you can grind out the games differently. You can play in the DD sub tournment that runs right before the DD. it has a 1 in 4 chance of winning entry into the DD. You can do the $1.8 +.2 0 player SNG and top 3 win entries into the Double Duce $5 + .5 satelite. These SNGs are normaly weak and I can win entry 2 out of 3 times. So $6 for $11 is a good way to grind out a new BR. I think these are really good since the top three spots get paid the same amount. So with your $80 you should be able to make it into $143. The $5 +.5 satelite to the double duce is also easy to win the entry so over a month the $5.5 can be turned into $88 by itself unless you play in the double duce.
Good Luck with whatever you decide. |

i am targeting $200 before i start playing cash games again, at whicn point i will play $10 nl. @ $165 i will have 30 buy ins for $5.50 sng. when i reach that target i ll step up to those. i know i can beat those stakes, but im using strict br management.
@ NF, are the sats you're referring to turbo or normal speed? i much prefer normal speed games whenever possible. |

| The $2 SNG is a trubo. Normaly in the first 5 hands 2 or 3 people are eliminated and one person has a large chip advantage. They normaly start bulling other with there chips stack. I just wait for the best hands and do set minning for the BB normaly it will come down to 4 players fliping chips back and forth and it is just a matter of waiting for two people to go all in and waiting for one to take someone else out or cripple the other person. Try one or two and see how it is, it is not really that bad. |

Man I just saw this... I was wondering why you weren't in the Team game thingy the other day, I'll step it up for ya there, no worries. Curious why you're not playing any limit hold em? I used to grind that a bit more when I was BR building, and I've played 1/2 LHE with you no more than 2 months ago.
I plan to ship one of these FTOPS for you and then send you the proceeds from your free share for your best mikahment. That'll help out the old bankroll for everyone. If you want to talk about some kind of backing shoot me a PM or catch me on IM later. If you wanted to run a BAP at the 5.50s I'm sure you'd sell out.
PS: When I had my largest cash, I had ~ $100 in my account and used points to play for one of those $26 tokens. I turned that token into 5500 and never looked back. Good luck man, hang in there! |
