True. The table was playing extremely LAG preflop, which also included some less than good players. Almost all of them were shortstackers. If I don't hit a J or some miracle 337 flop or something I fold for a small loss. If I hit, at least one will go to the river with a wide variety of hands.

Or lose big to a mega wrap or top draw if you do hit a set.

Which could easily include a huge drawing hand.

LAG or not, JJ37 just isn't worth playing at all IMO, especially with 4 to the flop. Perhaps if it was just you and another guy HU, I might see playing it after the flop as hardcore as you did, but with 3 others in the hand, there are just so many cards any one of them could hit that would probably have you beat.

Granted, in this case you're about even to take the whole pot, whereas everyone else is more likely to split than win...but you can't know that, and you'd be surprised at how often your made hands are actually underdogs to some mega draw.

LOL. Yes there are lots of cards that hit that beat him, but with that many in the hand, he only needs to have .25 equity or greater, which he certainly does.

damn even in the absolute worst case scenario he still isn't in bad shape for being 4-way:

board: 4cJdTs
Hand Pot equity Wins Ties
JcJh3d7d 22.54% 119 0
ThTc4s4h 11.36% 60 0
AdKdQs9s 50.57% 248 38
Qc9c8h7h 15.53% 63 38
