This is the 5th hand of the tourney so obviously no reads. Are we ever shipping pre at these stakes? Are we ever calling OTR as played?

| I would bet that flop about 300. You've got position and if he check raises, you can get away from it. If he flats we re-evaluate on the turn, most likely folding to a bet without reads. No need to stack off in this situation, 2400 is still plenty to work with early on. |

yer i probably lead that flop. without an ace or better (ie - set), villain will give you credit a large majority of the time for a big ace and fold. if i'm called i probably shut down but may contemplate firing a second barrel OTT.
not that i've played this high, but shoving pre seems totally unnecessary. people are good enough that they won't call an early shove with AJ and double you up. shoving here will lose you alot of value, as you're really only getting snapped off by better (QQ possibly being the only exception) and you fold out everything else that they would have otherwise continued with.
as played i probably call (but this could be a big leak). clubs are rarely part of his range, and that's pretty much the only draw that hit. in these spots villains like to fire 2 barrels, thinking that their 10's or JJ is good because you checked back the flop. so i call but im not terribly happy about it. |

+1
I like betting the flop though, cus after you check the flop and then c/c the turn, I think its fairly obvious what you have given that you 3 bet pre from that position. And if you think he is a good/thinking player, I might call this river because he probably knows your line is either set of aces played a little weird or kings or queens(more likely) and just want to get to showdown cheaply.
EDIT: I looked at stacks and I might fold the river a good portion of the time because when I call here, I'm usually beat(just going on my past experiences). If you fold to river, you still have about 2300, which is still a good amount. But if you call, which I'm weighted towards him having you beat, you're down to 1700 or so.
EDIT THE EDIT: holy crap! I just saw the stakes... never played them, so don't take my word for it unless some good player says so |

Raise more pre. Once he limps, you give him great odds to set mine you. 320-420 is better pf. If you check flop, you will have to call turn and river, this is ok but I'd probably cb this flop to rep ace that doesn't want to let draw get there.
These stakes the limper is less likely to have ace rag but advice won't change that much IMO. His line looks like a pp often here. |

| Hero's line looks 100% fine to me here right up to the river. Don't fold the river after calling down. Anything in his range that you were beating otf, you're still beating it. I mean he can just as easily have QQ or JJ as Ax or a set. |
