Ive switched to turbos recently and after 300 games i only have a roi of 5% compared to a 19% roi at regulars over a much bigger sample.
These are at the 5 and 6$ level, my hourly is 18$ at regulars and 11 at turbos but from countless stt threads say that turbos are the way to go.( i recently got rakeback is that makes a difference)
My finish distribution at regulars is
26.7/22.1/18.6/15.1/10.5/7.0
and at turbos
18.9/22.4/20.6/19.7/12.3/6.1
what leaks can u tell from this??
I feel like im running bad in turbos and my allin ev graph shows that im losing more than my fair share which like every hand in the late stages turns to allin or fold
Should i stay at the turbos and hope it turns around or switch back to regulars. I will post some strat hands in here as well |

If you're running below EV as you said, then you really can't translate that to the turbos being less profitable. You'll need a bigger sample before you can determine that.
I personally like the turbos more because I don't usually have the time for long sessions, and with the turbos I can sit down to play with less than an hour to spare. Obviously you can make the same profit with half the ROI at the turbos, plus the rakeback adds up faster.
As long as you're well rolled and you think the difference is likely due to a bad run, I would keep trucking until your EV evens out and see what your hourly rate is then. I was recently on a swing in my turbos which was tough since the ups and downs happen so much faster, and it started affecting my confidence and my play. I just got back from vacation and hit the tables again and things seem to be going much better.
Good luck. |

| Hey, BAnimalz, sorry my reply has nothing to do with your questions. But just wondering how you can get rakeback after you've been using your accounts? |

Well really you need a 1k bare minimum sample size to get a good idea of how you're doing, but I'm sure you don't want to invest your whole bankroll to find out. How do you feel about your game when its 10 BBs or less? Do you feel like your a better post-flop player than pre-flop? If thats the case then my advise would be to stick to the regular turbos.

The ONLY way for YOU to still get rakeback is to request it by e-mailing FT or Rakebackpros. Supposedly you get put on a "list" and some people from that list get rakeback, some don't. Its pretty random who gets picked and who doesn't, and you might have to wait months to get picked. |
