(weak=scared)=flawed. Most weak players will continue to bet. Even if they check you already paid for that card with your raise.
How can you define yourself as 58% in that "tip" when you are not telling us which suits where folded and what suits he is hitting?
The only thing I see is a player making a raise after calling down an aggressive player while having a weak board. Are you trying to tell him you hit your two pair or you now have the flush draw? |

| If you miss and get the free card, yes you already payed for it on the previous street, so its equivalent, however when you hit on the next card, you have the chance to bet again, so you get the extra bet in. |
