| early on when the blinds are 15/30 and your starting stack is 300, is it better to make a standard raise or just open shove? |

Hi dcdoorknob,
The Champ likes to give accurate answers to the questions his fans submit. I know this is not how you do it in your home country of Slumenia, but this is how we do it in Champville.
Have a good one,
The Champ |

So do you make a habbit of standard raising with only 10 bbs? Do you ever raise/fold with that stacksize?
I understand how many questions would need more specifics than this, but I don't see how this is one of them, unless you like to get tricky with AA or KK, but even then you could just say that instead of asking for a hand and position. He's not asking if you raise or fold a certain hand and position, he's asking if you standard raise or push with 10bbs, and it should be an easy answer imo.
sincerely,
the mayor of Slumenia |

Slumenichamp,
Thanks for clarifying the question. My standard raise is all-in and no I will never raise/fold.

sup BBAnimalz,
i have gone on 30 buyin downswings. but those usually get fueled by tilt and bad play. the champ can only take so many bad beats in a row. hope you have more discipline than i do.

Champ,
Is it true that you go all in on SB when its folded around to you, no matter what? If so, can you explain why? |

kaleokai,
this is not true. my all-ins really depends on the situation.

Champ
Have you tried the new 45man sup-turbs... They're pretty soft from what I've seen and you can play them just like a regular 9-man.
I usually just throw them in a set with the 9-man's and play them the same - quite often the blue table pops up and is a pleasant suprise.... u can usually just let the donks knock each other out to get ITM and then go on the attack from there.
Also, I notice from OPR that you're not putting in the volumes you used to - are you getting bored/lazy in your old age or has Mrs Champ being getting on your back?! |

hi TFO,
the 45 mans are pretty cool but they take too long to end and i find it more profitable to stick with the 9 mans.
im not really lazy but playing more on pokerstars now because all the champs play on that site. and since im a champ i decided to give it a shot.
im just playing enough to keep my ironman status going. i c no reason to play anymore than i have to on FTP until they make it easier for grinders to play sngs by removing all those lame popups at the end of sngs, make the lobby registration non-glitchy, and make the software not crash on the champ everyday.

Hey champ
I notice u r playing the 7.50's now - can I ask why you (finally) made the move up to these??
Do they fill up ok and how are you finding the play - I'm assuming pretty similar?
Any key differences you can see??
I have a BR for them, but wasn't sure whether to have a crack or not? |

hi TFO,
you can ask the champ anything. i finally made the move because i got sick of taking two hours to complete my 200 pts for ironman each day. at the 7.5s i get done in half the time.
they fill up just as fast as the 3.8s and they only differ with having more regs so you have to game select a little. those morons dont avoid the champ so the champ decided to avoid them.
if you have over 200 buyins for them id suggest taking a shot.
soon to be the 3.8 and 7.5 champ,
wptfuji |

Cool - I may do that Champ... of course being very careful to avoid his Champness..
I have also started dabbling in MTT tourneys (without much success) and am wondering if this has something to do with mainly playing the super turbos?
I'm wondering if I am just a quick fix type of player - I get so annoyed when I play a MTT for 2.5 hours to go out on the bubble when my AA gets cracked by someones 8 3 suited.
Tilt factor in the superturbo's is virtually nil when multi-tabling and having the tables auto-close (to stop me from checking the bust out HH!!)
I so have a tendancy to tilt from time to time so this is very good for me.
I always wanted to ask this - why did you use the name WPTFuji??
