| Is it because they know it would get hit every single day????!!! LOL. I play on poker.com who has way lower traffic and they have a consistent bad beat jackpot. Why doesn't Full Tilt?? site administrator explain please. |

| What does increased rake have to do with anything????? I don't think poker.com's rake is more than full tilt. thats a pretty bad reason not to have a bad beat jackpot. |

Bad beat jackpot isn't free. Players would pay increased rake to fund it. And buying into a bbj is -EV. Real, qualifying, bad beats just don't happen that often. Therefore = bad idea!

Okk............. Nice proof of why there isn't one, because I don't know someone who has won one. LOL noone can give a legitimate answer. The rake takes more of our money or do u know someone who has won one. these are terrible reasons. |

| They ran a poll a bit back about whether we wanted one- we all voted "no" emphatically like a bunch of n00bs- and for once in their lives FTP listened to us forumers. You just missed out sir- sorry |

| If FT funded the bad beat jackpot entirely without resort to an increased or extra rake then, sure, let's have one. If not, I don't want to pay extra for the chance of being a winner-loser or loser-winner. |

because they need a gimmick to draw in bad players who think that they have a good chance of winning a jackpot. The bigger sites like Stars and Tilt don't need to use those kinds of gimmicks to attract players.
Also, as others have pointed out, the qualifications for a BBJ require really rare events. I think the most lax I've seen a BBJ is Aces full of Jacks beaten where both players use both hole cards. Many places it's quads beaten with both players using both hole cards. |

Except they wouldn't do that. Every BBJ, no matter what you may think, is fueled by increased rake at the tables that support it, and the money you'd save in not paying that rake is worth more than winning some jackpot probably never. |

| OP if it makes you feel better take a percentage of your poker money each week and play the lottery. It is the same concept as a bad beat jackpot. |

| If i see some posts on the forum about bad beats, the jackpot wouldn't last an hour. So no Jackpot here. |

LIVE you are correct re. AAAJJ+ ... but online the LOWEST I have seen is quad 8888 beaten, and of course both have to use both cards. Usually online it seems to be JJJJ though |
