that was a great question silenze... glad to see the answer also.

Maybe I'm a dummy, but....do private tourneys have to be private?
I mean... you have to post a password somewhere....can it be on the tourney itself so that anyone is able to join the tourney? Also, what's the best way to advertise a tourney like this?

OP, edit your first post, change the title and advertise your private tourney.

Include-
Name of tourney
tourney ID#
Time
Date
Buy-in
Type of game
Password.

Say "All are welcome!" and "GL on the felts".

Tell people on the tables when you play if you wish as well.
