Here's a hand I just played. I have played quite a few hands against this opponent. His is thight and agressive. Last session, I tried to steal his blind with a decent hand but one good only to steal blinds. He re-raised me, I called. Flop came, useless to me. He bet, I folded. Now maybe, just maybe, he thought I was stealing the blinds again with a so-so hand. He re-raised me and I capped. By doing this, I told him I have the best hand. That's why he checked called me till showdown. Sometimes, I will just call a reraise with A-A or K-K just to give the impression that he has a better hand than me so I can collect an extra bet here and there. Which is best? Cap it to add value to your hand? Or try to get a few extra bets hoping the board will no favor him.

Please note that the turn and river cards have nothing to do with this question. (Where are those Aces when you need them?)

What exactly is the question here? If you flatted the flop with the intention of raising the turn when the bets gets bigger, this is perfectly standard.
ALWAYS cap AA preflop.
