If someone stakes a player and the agreement is 75/25 +sb...
what does the sb stand for.
Thanks in advance.

Sarcasm? Or not? I'm not sure.
Anyway, to clarify using the example of 75/25 + sb: Suppose you sell a $100 BAP, divide it into 10 $10 shares, and cash a total of $160. Then the investors would be returned the full $100 (this is the stakeback) and the $60 profit would be divided into a 75/25 ratio of $45/$15 or $4.50/$1.50 per share. Therefore, each share would be worth $14.50 after all is said and done, while the BAP runner gets $15. This is better for the investor than the $12 (.75*$160)that would have been awarded without stakeback. |

LOL, No it wasn't sarcasm just picking on myself because it was that simple and I couldn't figure it out.
Thanks for the example. |
