Dear Poker Manager at Fulltilt:
Hi, My name is Mike Rozakis, account name "Nicemoey." I just saw that
you added the "Run it Twice Feature" and also the "Cash-Out"
tournaments. Those are both wonderful ideas. They allow for players to
play much longer and even play higher stakes on the same bankroll.
This will also help Fulltilt because players wont go broke nearly as often.
However, don't think they will catch on, because almost ALL players
won't understand what they mean (especially "Run it Twice"). I've
played in private games for over 20 years, and everytime someone wants
to "Run it Twice," most players either don't understand it, or they
think someone is trying to cheat them.
What you need to do is send all your customers an e-mail which
explains all benefits to them in a way that they understand and
appreciate.
Also, let them know how to find the "Run It Twice Feature" in the
software, because right now the only way a player will know about it
is to stumble onto it.
If I can be of any help, let me know.
Sincerely,
Mike |

at the same time tell FTP to get rid of the increased rake when the option is used, because that kills any advantage to using the run it twice feature. |

| It doesnt effect 99% of the games yet. Hopefully it moves down to the 1/2 level at some point soon. Or at least 2/4 |

| If I ever have it in one of my games I will try it just for the novelty factor, but only once. As mentioned, the increased rake makes it a bad idea. |
