| ok..so referring to everybody speaking about using the "Prepaid Visa" Cards....after Dec.1st wouldn't those cards be INELIGIBLE for use as well? The UIGEA will prevent all banks and payment processors from the US to transfer funds to/from a "gambling" site, so doesnt that count for the companys that make the Prepaid cards also? |
