Aaro, you should check out the 6-person PLO sattys for the FTOPS. I played one yesterday on a lark and the competition was lol-bad and I won it fairly easily. [/partial brag]

Seeing that you're probably better at me at PLO (certainly PLO8) and you're pwning these, you may want to check them out. Make sure I'm not playing in it first please, OK great, thanks!

So, get Stake Back with the $11, and pwn a couple of $26 to make us rich ... I like that plan.

played a MTT,went out around 30 people before the money, never really got anything going after coming back from 600 chips. Shoved in from the button and got called.

Will try to play another one tomorrow =)

Got quite short after a pretty bad read and calling off 1/2 of my stack with the 3rd nut flush. shoved in with QQ34 and got called by a hand that had me crushed. (a23k that hit a flush on the flop)

Even after 4 straight losses in the MTT's the bankroll is STILL in profit, which kinda points towards "CREATE A WHOLE BANKROLL FROM OMAHA HI LO SNGS"

=D

I disagree. It's only 4 MTTs, and even if you don't cash in all 10 it's no drama. That is the nature of MTTs. They aren't meant to be steady BR builders Smile.

Yea, I'm not sure its possible to build a roll from MTT's... I used to grind some cash or SNGs or whatever to get some profit to play MTTs with that money. MTTs are certainly nice bankroll boosters though when you hit them.

The way I see it, is that any time you can play an MTT where losing that buy-in is "negligible" you'll play your best game and avoid being scared money. We make these negligible either through BRM, or having the ability to grind back that money through some other means (SNGs, ring).

My advice is to try not to worry about the BAP BR "staying" in the profit, its all about where you finish at the end. Try not to think something like "If I don't cash in this MTT, I'll dip into the red for the BAP." Just give it your best shot each time and let the chips fall where they may.
