UTG has been at the table for exactly 2 hands, so readless. I think at this buyin it is fairly safe to assume he has some concept of position, and should be playing at least a bit tighter from UTG. I flatted here, but afterwards it seemed real spewy to me because with both of us being in the pot and shortstacked compared to the rest of the table it seems like a good spot for someone to come back over the top.

1. Should I iso 3bet here with TT from UTG+1, or is flatting the best way to play it?

2. If I 3bet it, is there anything that makes sense besides shoving? If I make it about 700 to go, almost 1/3 of my stack is in and I am screwed if someone behind me or UTG has a monster.

3. Is my flop bet ok, and am I stacking off if he check/shoves me here?

1: no, just flat.
2: no, just shove.
3: yes, call the shove.

I flat here unless he was opening often in which a 3-bet is OK, and it would be a shove for me too. But I like your line here and I'm calling any shove on this flop.

I think 3betting pre here is really bad given all the players behind you. If you flat and someone shoves behind well you can still get away from it given other reads etc if you wish. As you say, if you 3bet, the chips are going in anyway. Obv the flop is a standard bet and call a shove.

I think for the most part it is all pretty standard except I probably bet just a bit more OTF, like 500-550. Being as you are readless, this can affect your opponent in one of two ways...

If he is tight, he is more likely to call with solid draws, and fold with worse including lesser pocket pairs and floater type hands. I am particularly wary of the floater hands, because the turn can bring a good number of cooler cards that would fall right into his pre-flop raising range from that position, and hit his float range.

On the other hand, if he is loose/aggressive, he will more likely shove his draws and overs, maybe even under pairs, to a larger flop bet, thinking you are trying to take the pot down now. You showing considerable strength on this kind of flop can often be interpreted as a sign of not having an awfully strong hand at all, and may induce the shove in which you can get it all in. Expect to be calling the all-in shove and be looking at JJ+ a fair number of times as well.

If anyone else is interested, villian folded to my flop bet. As stated in the OP I just thought my line seemed extremely weak and wanted to double check myself.
