Villain runs 35/27 and seems to 4-bet spaz crazy often, but I haven't seen him showdown a hand in a 4-bet pot. Here's an example:

Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
-

UTG: $108.55
MP: $81.50
CO: $100
BTN: $146.75
SB: $100
Hero (BB): $116.45

Pre-Flop: KClub QClub dealt to Hero (BB)
3 folds, BTN raises to $3.50, SB calls $3, Hero raises to $12, BTN folds, SB raises to $100 and is All-In, Hero punches a baby

...and this is the very next hand:

Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
-

BB: $108.55
UTG: $81.50
MP: $100
CO: $143.25
BTN: $115.50
Hero (SB): $104.45

Pre-Flop: QClub QDiamond dealt to Hero (SB)
3 folds, BTN raises to $3.50, Hero raises to $12, BB folds, BTN raises to $31, Hero ???

Is this ever a fold considering villain's history and the fact that I've 3-bet twice in a row?

If you're going to fold to a 4bet, don't 3bet - flat instead. It's BTN vs blinds and we 3bet the previous hand, and he 4bet two hands in a row - I'm definitely not folding.

His sizing concerns me abit but im still prepared to go with the Queens given your 3betting history and AFAIK weekedners are crazier so if hes not a reg i feel happier about calling.

I'm insta-shoving this given your reads. I think nolan could be onto something with his not simply shoving the 2nd hand, but there are more reasons he could do that other than having you crushed, so it isn't deterring me in the slightest here.

Call...and then if there are no kings or aces on the flop, shove?

I think you set your hand up perfectly, I'd ship it cause he definitely thinks you're bsing. He could have gone crazy w/ JJ or 1010, so yeah, make him pay for it if he's gonna suck out.

the first case is a bit different because the SB flat/shoved which is much more unexpected than the PFR 4betting us. i'd agree you shouldn't 3bet/fold to the PFR, but 3bet/fold to the guy who initially flatted could be alright depending on reads.

however with the reads given i am shoving both hands.

When I said "I'm definitely not folding" I meant it with respect to the second hand. 1st hand looks like an easy fold to me.

What if we have QQ instead of KQs in hand 1? That spot is gross.

You don't need a read to take this line and shove over his 4-bet, you need a read to not do it.
