This was the biggest fuster cluck of a tournament ever. The lagg and dissconects were unreal.I try real hard to take for FTP and give the regged theorists hell but i think ill ride with them awhile.

If the server cannot handle this kind of volume the FTP should absolutely not attempt to keep with the "Joneses" by hosting a tournament like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whew! I unregistered every time I won one of those sweet $1.10-->$5.50 satellites and ended up playing a live tourney during the time the Warmup actually ran.

Guess I said myself figh-fiddy ...

I agree...I played in that as well and it made me lag on all my other tables.(Luckily I busted out early, but it was not an enjoyable tournament by any means!). It's pretty obvious they need a major server upgrade before they attempt such huge fields. Even when I'm not in a tournament like that though, I experience major lag and freezing pretty frequently in their hand history and each time a new table opens i'll time out for like 15 seconds or something while the table loads (This doesn't always happen, but it happens too much). This needs to be fixed full tilt! I suggest also making the replay SEPARATE from the text hand history so if you want to check something real quick, you can quickly load the text instead of having to worry about a major freeze w the replay.

It must be pretty hard processing that amount of information with smoke signals.

The lag caused me to miss a few hands. Actually, I would have busted much earlier, it lagged while I had QQ and would have pushed against a middle raise. One of the blinds had AA, and the original raiser had KK. Still, it was bad for a bit. I hope they're working on fixing this.

Wow, BNS! You made it to the top 20%, well done!

Apparently the 1st place "propopl77" is one of those ragstoriches stories, like many of the FTOPS winners, and will likely move up a few levels and donk it all off, but hopefully he might consider staying at the $1 and $2 buyins that he apparently was used to... not sure what I would do in his place.

But the 2nd place "TILTOHOLIC", wow got a horseshoe up your butt, dude? nice cash, but not the first time eh? Seems to prove the theory that the $24 deep-field turbo MTTs are soft... note to self, gotta remember that Smile
