Is limping along OK here, or should I just chuck it PF?

I don't think there's any question about folding OTR, but how is my Flop/Turn line?

Yeah, def fold pre.
Fold flop. (Maybe call a small bet here, but pot bet is too much to call imo)
Check turn.
Fold river.

I hate preflop, flop is fine for peeling. I'd bet the turn IP though and probably the river. Only a poorly played 45 is a concern and typically will show itself OTT.

What about an OOP 45 that bet the flop and was raised, and was hoping to check raise the turn?

That's what shows itself OTT and is a bet/fold for hero. Checking this turn 3 handed is pretty bad though with 45 as a c/r is rarely possible. Very few hands are betting this turn aside from semibluffs and most with any equity are checking behind taking the free card for the flush/fh/wheel draw. Checking 45 just opens the door for a split. If turn is flatted, I fold or check behind w/the set OTR.

Obv. I had the 45, but I was raised on the flop. I'm either being raised by A4, a draw, or another 45. Don't I have to worry about being quartered by another 45?

I wouldn't worry about another 45 too often(as a default). That flop raise is A4 w/FD a lot. As soon as you make the nuts, I'm betting it all day unless I have a really good reason not to. On this made/drawy board, your only value is coming from draws and the turn is your last street of value. If nothing gets there OTR, you're not getting anything else out of the hand, any flush/5/paired card gets there, you're splitting.

Playing this flop tentatively is fine as a lot can change, the Ao is a green light.
