Can you please fix the glitch with the option to display the Iron Man chip.

As it is now it is not even an option. The chip gets stuck showing no matter how many times you opt out of displaying it.

It's kinda like that girlfriend that you try to break up with over and over again... and she won't go away. Razz

Come to think of it, there should be a $25,000 freeroll for everyone who tried opting out, but failed Idea

Just wondering, why do you not want the chip showing, do you not want to stand out as a reg?

That is correct.

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

As requested, we've removed the Iron Man Chip from your avatar.

If you'd like to remove the Iron Man Chip from your avatar in the future, just follow these six steps:

1) Log in to your Full Tilt Poker account.
2) In the "Requests" menu, select "Check my Promotions (Internet)".
3) Select "Iron Man Challenge".
4) In the new window, select "Change Preferences" in the "Iron Man Chip Image" box.
5) Select "Remove my Ironman Chip".
6) Click on "Change Preferences" to save your choice.

Please note that opting in or out of your Iron Man Chip status will not affect your current month's avatar image.

Regards,

Anthony

Email them then. But by the wording of their response to me, apparently the automatic hide/show applies to the FOLLOWING month (when it works, of course).
