i just finished reading the little green book and poker the real deal by phil gordon
i didnt see anything much that a intermediate player would learn from it especially poker the real deal
i just ordered the headsup book by collin and small stakes hold by sklansky miller and malmuth
hope these 2 dont disappoint |

I worked the way Griffinlord explained here. And read them over and over again. You will look at the theorie different and more close when you play longer and have gained more experience. a lot of things make more sense where before you would skip because to difficult or detailed.
The material in HoH is very complex, but explained in the best possible way. But there is no substitue for experience. No book can teach you that. But i must say that the books i've red in the beginning of my poker carreer have helped a lot here. |
