Hi

I'm trying to analyse my game by using the plugging leaks stats on Hold Em Manager.

Does anyone know where I can find ideal stats to check my stats against for Full Ring 2NL

I know that ideal stats vary depending on the table but it should help me see if I'm in the right ballpark.

Thanks

It depends on if you are playing Full Ring, 6 Max. Are you trying to play NITty, TAG, LAG. Also you need a large hand sample to measure yourself.

Give us the info and post your VPIP, PFR, AGG, 3Bet, 3Bet Succcess, Steal, Steal Success, WTSD, W$SD and we will comment.

I'm playing Full Ring and trying to play TAG

VPIP - 19.9
PFR - 12.3
AGG - 2.7
3 Bet - 3.6
3 Bet Success - 11.1 (Is this the % of times I get everyone to fold with a 3 bet?)
Steal - 42.1
Steal Success - 47.6
WTSD - 25.3
W$SD - 44.0

Thanks

I play 6max but for a FR your numbers seem great, your %VPIP and PFR% could be closer together and a bit lower i.e. your tight in EP should be really tight, but since it is 2max and FR and a lot of people are limp-calling, there is no real reason to raise your drawing hands in position preflop so the numbers are still good. As far as your steal % and 3bet the numbers seem fine. If you are not making money playing this way, your faults are most likely in your postflop play.

Also how big of a sample was this?

I'm making some money - 6.18 big blinds per 100 hands

Sample is only a little over 5000 hands though. Not the biggest sample in the world I admit but I want to get leaks out of my game before playing 50K of losing poker.

Think I need to play real real tight in early posistion like you say, and I think I need to work more on getting value when I'm ahead

Your trinity (VPIP, PFR, AGG) are well in line for a FR TAG. Some players look for a PFR that is 75% of their VPIP.

I would look at your 3Bet numbers. Do you have a Fold To 3Bet% in your HUD? Target players with a high fold to 3Bet. Attack players that open 3x or Pot from EP / MO while set mining. Are most of your 3 Bets with position?

Your Steal numbers look great. When stealing watch the players in the blinds and steal from the NITs and TAGs.

Which HUD are you using HEM / PT3?

you should also steal from people who you can outplay postflop. just because someone in the blinds is really loose doesn't mean you don't want to open with something semi junky OTB. if they are the type to fold to a lot of cbets or 2 barrels, then opening the button with a wide range is going to be even more profitable than it will to open against a tag or nit.

and even if they're a huge 90/4 fish I'm still opening with a really wide range because whenever I flop something I can stack them.

Yea isolating fish is something I've picked up on - you can stack them quite a lot, you can even be lucky enough for someone to push top pair on a flushing board!

I was thinking I need to 3 bet more - great suggestion V-Rod, will add that to my HUD so I can target my 3 bets properly. My 3 bets are generally only with big pairs or AK so it's about the same regardless of posistion, a little more in late.

I'm using Hold Em Manager HUD

I'm also thinking I need to C-bet more (currently 61.4) as it's succesful 52.4 against 1 player and 37.3 against 2 players. It only needs to be succesful 33.3% of the time to break even if you keep the bet at 1/2 pot size I believe.

Thanks for the help everyone, this is really gonna help
