Never played FR, but I'd imagine it's something like this(if it's at a level where I'm likely to be the best or one of the better regs):
AJs+, 66+, QKs, AQo+

In Super System II it's a lot tighter than this

I think its JJ+, A10s, AJo

maybe even tighter

Of course this is geared to stakes with reasonable players, lower down you'll be way ahead of people with the range above but I prefer to play tight and stay out of trouble

UNKNOWN? Well that's simple. [QQ, AKs].

You're UTG. You don't know if this is a maniac, capped-every-hand-preflop-and-on-the-flop table, a super-nitty, only-open-with-JJ-or-AK table. Which means you don't want to open-limp and be unsure of what a raise means, AND you don't want to open-raise with a medium hand and be re-raised and again be unsure what that means. So since it's FR, you've got to pay only 1.5bb (i.e. 0.75 PTBB!) every 9 hands, there's no shame in folding most of your hands in most positions until you know how the table is playing. Heck, maybe you're lucky and it's super-loose-super-passive (like most live $3/6 LHE fullring games ^_^ ) and once you have confirmed that you will be open-limping [22, AXs, 45s 46s] because you know that draws play way better at this table than high cards/pairs. But you just got here, plenty of time to find out without risking even a single bb.
