| My husband put money in his account and then transfered some money to another account and all of the sudden he got kicked of and cannot log back on and we dont know why. I have tried to email ftp and no answer, it is very annoying that someone can put money in there account and for no reason why can get kicked of without even saying what is happening or if he did something wrong. And on top of that the people at ftp cant even answer your emails. can anyone tell me how to get a answer from these people. |

you have to be patient.
customer service is not the quickest. as you have sent an email already, just wait. there is nothing you can do for now. just DON'T send another email, this will just slow the overall process down.
either your/your husbands account or the account he transferred money to is being investigated. probably some fraudulant activities, multiaccount, cheating,...something like this. |

It looks like you answered your own question. Your husband can not have 2 accounts. |

Well, if I can translate what you're saying you mean that if you have K8 and someone else has K9, both with a pair of kings. He probably wins because his 9 is a better kicker than the 8, so his hand is stronger.
And the other one is the board has paired above 5 so it might be K,5,6,6,10
so the 5 is canceled and only the king counts. |

| I am shopping around for a place to do a couple of trades (from one site to another). Does anyone have any suggestions for a good forum for this purpose? |

Don't know of any personally but I have seen some local trade notices on Craig's List. That might be an option for you?

I am hoping for some answers here before I get really into the situation lets start basic. I requested a withdrawl on Aug 23rd and all was handled fast and with emails. Next thing I get the check Aug 26 cash the check at my bank and on Sep 3 the check was processed twice and never had funds to cash it, now I am out the withdrawl from FT over 700 dollars in bank fees, they are charging me 35 dollars a day and the FT support and cashier has yet to respond to me. The payment processor HMD Inc has told me to contact the merchant FT and they are supposedly aware of the check I was issued being issued on a frozen acct and then it was closed soon after, I have taken cash from my 401K to cover all the money FT has screwed me out of and right now I am not a happy person. I have calls into the payment processor that is never returned and now I am out over 6 grand to be precise.
I never had a problem here getting a deposit processed or a withdrawl via e cash or bank transfer but FT will not do this for me now I have to have a check, I will wait for a response before I decide on what I should do next. I have family that also plays here in another state and also has never had a problem unless a check is requested and then no answers from support or cashier and the check is no good. I am asking for some guidance here, I will not be taken and right now they owe me a substantial amount of money not to mention bank fees and insufficient funds by sending me a bad check. Most businesses would be obligated to make them good and cover fees, due to the nature of this business I am assuming I will need legal assistance but I dont know, I just dont know how anyone could treat a customer this way I have been here for almost 7 years |

Bleh, what a shame.
As someone who made multiple trades on here (hoo-hah, full tilt hockey jersey) and other transactions, thanks for the help to all the honest people who helped with it. |
