Welcome Rooks & Good Luck @ the Tables.
Guests, lurkers, new posters and regular forumers may both benefit from expericenced forumers mentoring new forum members.
BBCOACH44 would you and Tilterrick consider setting up a private tourney matching a regular forumer mentor with a new forum poster? maybe the mentor and new poster share 50/50 if either player is itm? |

| Tilterrick appreciate the gesture. Full Tilt Forum member culture does not welcome new members. 2+2 offers equivalent abuse with a richer strategy section. gl. |

Would like to know the meaning of ADD-ON games. I play Texas Holdem routinely and am just getting familiar with some of the terms. Apparently during tournaments and at the end of tournaments ... ADD-ONs are offered. How does this work exactly?
I assume one can REbuy into tournaments already in progress after losing, but then REstaking the buy-in amount and starting from scratch in the same tournament at the later higher blind level.
OR if at the end of a tournament, and ADD-ON is offered, one can immediately buy into another tournament which hasn't begun yet.

REBUY-ADD ON tourneys are tourneys where you can rebuy if you bust or get below a certain chip count and ADD ON chips, usually at the beginning of the tourney or after the rebuy period ends.
The rebuy-addon usually cost the same as the original buyin. |

Hey all, long time reader, first time poster...
I find it hard to post to ask questions, with all the times I've been labelled a "donk" because i've beaten someone in a hand. Not that everyone is like that, but like previous posters, the Search feature is great and sometimes easier than posting and waiting for an answer.
Cheers |

Hi...
!!!Warning: long boring story!!!
First I started playing poker for playmoney at FullTilt, than I moved to other site and decided to play for real money, but with minimal bankroll. After 2 deposits and losing some money I'v quit playing for a time. Later I came back to Fulltilt and made a small deposit. Iv played for short time and I wasn't winning or losing, but I had to whitdraw money. Now I came back with another deposit (still can't afford to play anything else than micro stakes).
At the same time I've been reading some books about poker, watching poker on TV and studying everything at FTPAcademy ( it's great and it was the thing that convinced me to play at FullTilt). Anyway, I fell that Im still a noob.
I like playing big tournaments with a lot of people and slow blinds but I cant afford to play anything else than Daily Dolar, regular 1$ or 2$ tournament or 1$ 90 ppl sng (I like it becouse I won it first time I've played it:P). I don't like NL hold'em ring games (they'r boring and Im losing money on them), but, to my own suprise, mixed ring games seem to be much more fun.
I would be happy to hear any advices from smart and experienced players about anything.
Sorry for my english, Im not from english speaking country.
!!! End of long boring story !!!
Just wanted to say hi to everybody:) |
