Today's update was for bug fixes. Mostly crash bugs and Standard View bugs, but one big one that should be fixed is the "half cards at showdown" bug. If you come across that again, let me know and we'll look into it.

Not fixed yet:

a. Mac users that crash at login screen - I said this was fixed last time. Turns out there was more than one problem and we only fixed one of them. There exist a couple of plugins that don't behave well with Full Tilt for some reason. The most popular one being iGetter. We're working on a fix that will make sure the only plugin that gets loaded at startup is Flash, but it wasn't ready in time for this update. For now, if you have iGetter and don't use it, you can just delete it and FTP should start up fine.

b. Severe lag getting to the login screen (and frequent lag after logging in) - We still don't have a universal fix for this, but we're working with Microsoft and Qt developers to solve the issue no matter what your LAN Settings are. For now, though, the same workaround still applies (and so far nobody has reported any adverse effects from doing this):

If you have Windows go to: Start >> Control Panel >> click on Switch To Classic View (left hand side, top left corner) >> Internet Options >> click on the Connections tab >> click on LAN Settings (bottom of window) >> UNCHECK everything >> click OK >> click OK.

So when you click on LAN Settings you should have 'auto detect settings', 'use automatic config script', and the 'proxy server' options all BLANK and NOT Checked.

c. Tables getting into a bad state - This seems to be affecting players who mass multi-table. When it happens, tables stop showing cards correctly and the client usually needs to be restarted to clear it up. We're working on this, but given how rare it seems to be we're having difficulty reproducing the problem so we can get to the bottom of it. If this is happening to you, it would be helpful to PM or email me with some details about the issue. Details like what kind of computer/operating system you have, what you were playing, how many tables you were playing, and what other software or mods you had running at the time.

d. Tables not popping to front for Hold'em Manager users - We're in contact with the Hold'em Manager developers to see exactly why this is happening to some users. If this is happening with other HUDs as well, let me know.

e. Blank lobby - This is the issue where you run the client once and it's fine, but then when you close it and restart every bit of text is gone. We think this is a Hold'em Manager issue as well. If you have "Import from Sub Folders" checked in your Full Tilt auto-import rules and your import path is "C:Program FilesFull Tilt Poker" (or wherever FTP is installed for you), Hold'em Manager seems to be going into the "Lang" sub folder of Full Tilt and moving all of the language files as if they were hand history files. Which means the next time you start up FTP, there is no text anywhere. You should be able to solve this by not having that checkbox checked (or by pointing directly to your HandHistory folder) until the Hold'em Manager guys release a patch to fix it for real.

Questions:

1. Can you please add raise by Small Blind to the mouse scroll options?

- We'll look into it. Seems reasonable, though.

2. something needs to be put into the programming for people with revoked chat that will allow people chat privliages for Final Tables

- The first couple of days this wasn't working properly, but since then you've been able to chat during the deal making process even if your chat is banned.

3. I cannot delete a 'favorite'

- For now you have to right click the Favorite you want to delete. We'll probably add a little red X next to the edit wrench at some point to make it more obvious.

4. Any answer on the store question about getting some decent things in the store available to Aussies.

- I don't have much to do with the store, so you'll get better results emailing them directly. I know there are plans to offer products from the store everywhere, I just don't know any timelines.

5. The lobby is way too big.

- We do have plans to replace the Classic View with a Standard View that will fit on an 800x600 monitor. For now, though, the only way to get a small lobby is to use Classic View.

6. Am I the only one thinking that there should be names of the tournaments displayed in the list?

- You are not. I don't know if we'll be able to fit it as a column in the list itself, but I know we have plans for a "tournament search" widget that will let you type in the name of the tournament you're looking for and narrow down the list.

7. If you use the 'Standard' lobby and create multiple favorites, the "Plr/Flp" column disappears if you select more than one favorite at once.

- This was just a bug and has been fixed. Now, as long as your multiple favorites are the same game, the Game column won't appear, leaving room for the Plr/Flp column.

8. please add something in advanced filters to hide satellites

- This is planned.

9. Any chance FTP will add "Sit at next available [name the limit] table"

- We have some good plans for the entire waiting list process, including that option.

10. Now add a "search for player widget" or something.

- This is likely to come in a future round of widgets. Speaking of which, if you have any other suggestions for new widgets you'd like to see, pass them on.

11. in basic view, you cannot click join a HU table ---- it only says join 6max or FR. what gives?

- Basic View had to have limited options by necessity. Too many options would make the view too complicated and weaken the whole purpose of the view, which is to be easy to understand and quick to use. This means some options had to be sacrificed, like Heads-Up ring game tables and "non-vanilla" ring game tables (like deep, cap, or ante). I certainly understand why you want that view to have the HU option for that view, but it's not likely to happen, sorry.

12. a LHE game between 50/100 and 100/200. the jump from 30/60 to 50/100 is manageable for a lot of players but the jump from 50/100 to 100/200 can be scary. a 60/120, 75/150, or 80/160 would be cool.

- We'll look into it.

13. 4 max tables

- This is likely to happen at some point, but not any time soon.

14. ante NL games for smaller stakes

- Ante NLH/PLO games are available down to $1/$2 now. We're keeping an eye on them and may add them to even smaller stakes at some point.

15. Please remember the position of the Seat Available dialog box if I move it.

- I'll see what we can do.

16. Can you add the ability to move the filter Favorites up and down on their respective lists. The only way to do this currently is by editing each one in exact order that you want them placed (since the last added/edited Favorite goes to the bottom of the list)

- It was a bug that was ordering them by "last changed" date. They're now sorted alphabetically, which should make it easy for you to edit the name and order them any way you want (by changing the first character of the name).

17. there is a cashgame filter for mixed limit holdem, but no tables. does this mean mixed limit cash holdem cash games will be available soon?

- It does.

18. Is there any way to completely remove any Sit & Go from showing when I have the tournament tab selected?

- We'll probably add that as an Advanced Filter option.

19. I'm having this problem where ftp isn't saving my color coding/ notes, any solutions?

- There was a bug that notes weren't saving if the client wasn't closed properly (either by crashing or killing the process from the task manager). This has been fixed and you shouldn't lose any notes.

20. would it be possible to have each SNG we are registered for appear in bold in the main lobby? / Please set it up so that the tables I am sitting at are highlighted (like the way reds are highlighted).

- Yeah, we plan on adding some color coding in the list for SNGs and ring games you're in/waiting on.

21. my autotopup stopped working at a HULHE cash table and I wasn't able to add more chips either. When I manually tried to rebuy it took the money out of my available BR but did not add to my table stack. It gave me the money back once i exited the table and sat at a new one.

- This should be fixed now.

22. How is the 'number of players seen flop %' calculated (over what sample of last hands)? What is the refresh rate of this number?

- It's the average over the last 32 hands. It updates after every hand.

23. Separate the cap games from the NL/PL in the auto-rebuy/top-up options.

- Yep, this was an oversight. We have plans to move cap games from there so you don't accidentally put your whole roll on the table.

24. The new custom filters suck and I gave up trying to use them after 15 minutes

- Can you expand a little exactly what you don't like about them? Most of the feedback we've gotten is very positive, and a lot of work went into making them as intuitive and powerful as possible. What do you feel we got wrong?

25. Stud stats still don't work. See 4th 100% and all other stats are too high.

- This should be fixed in the next update.

26. Why can't I view the waitlist for a table I'm sitting & playing at? Is this a 'feature' or just a bug for me?

- Just a bug. This should also be fixed next update.

Can I make a request for an option to be able to edit the time settings so that it is set to where ever we live in, instead of it being set to ET, and us having to work out when the tournaments are starting? I think this would be a really useful option, considering now there are a lot more international players, from Europe and South America.
