|
| I've now noticed this several times. Every once in a while when i click on 'last hand' the whole game client just shuts down and I have to restart it. Its very infrequent and never have any other programs running beside teh game client when it happens, but it does happen every few days. You go to review and old hand and all teh tables close and you need to restart the whole client and hope you don;t miss more than a hand. Its kinf of annoying that you can't review and old hand if you have a ahdn you want to play at any table even if there is a while before action gets to you because of fear teh system will crash again and you'll lose the hand... |

| This happened to me last night. I had a bunch of tables open, opened the last hand player at one of the tables and the whole client froze. |

Nope not possible... Had it happen when I wasn't even playing just watching when the initial "update" was released a month ago but since then I reinstalled my whole OS and still got the same issue a coupel of times so what are the chance both times my file is corrupt esp considering right now I am running on a very clean instalation. As I said, its very infrequent but when it does happen still a pain. Also, I guess this is for extra protection against datamining, but even in the replayer you can't get a text summary of an observed hand and have to play it out step by step unless you are active at the table, which is another annoyance. |

| Today it forze again, but rather than shutting it down I just opened teh task manager... The cpu keept running at 100% and memory alocated to the game client kept going up at 1k/sec... eventually I shut it down but after several minutes it had gotten close to 1 meg of ram... anamzingly enough teh PC was still relatively responsive overall just a sec slow, and once I closed the prog everything returned to normal right away. |

| Has happened to me half a dozen times at least. Glad to see there is a thread about it though it doesn't seem to have got much attention. I use vista and sometimes when you click on last hand all the full tilt tables and lobby instantly freeze up and then the "this program is not responding" window comes up and I have to kill the Full Tilt program and restart. |

Agreed, it's extremely annoying when that complete-freeze-then-BOOM happens, and only seeing your post made me realize that this past week every time it happened WAS when I clicked "Last Hand" trying to see what the caller had at a showdown that I didn't see... and I paid for it by a crash of the client (naturally, I also had 2 headsup SnG running at the same time, of course, so by the time I got the client re-launched I lost a handful of blinds/bringings :sigh: )
At least the invisible/repeated cards bug seems to be gone...

[x]Agree with everything you said, ESPECIALLY the comment re. observing a hand, I mean GEEZ, not allowing a text summary of a hand you OBSERVED? Not showing mucked, of course, that makes sense, but only having the visual version, seems to make abso no sense. Could easily have made the text summary "visible but not grabbable" you would expect... |

| I've had this problem too. It's intermittent, but sometimes when you go to review last hand, BOOM. I'm running the Mac version, if that makes any difference. |

| I've switched to Windows 7 and teh problem actually seems to be more frequent again... See if today's update fixed anything, cause this issues certainly doesn't seem to be a priority for them, even though you'd think the last thing they want is to lose multi-tablers because they can't review a hand during play because the client might crash cusing them to lose more money on the tables currently in play... |

This has happened to me several times, too. I can't be certain, but my impression is that it tends to be when I already have the viewer open, either for that table or for a different one, and click the "last hand" button again.
I've definitely had fewer problems since getting into the habit of always closing the viewer on one table before trying to open it from another. |
