just went -15BB/100 over 1500 hands. First negative session since i started playing cash, just doing some line checks. .25/.5 FR btw. Specific questions: hand 2, board is super super dry. so checking behind to let someone hit something should be fin, yes? hand 3, do I expect to always be flipping with his 7xBB bet? If so do I just want to flat? seems spew. hand 4, I can value bet river, yes?

Take the below with a grain of salt, because I pretty much never play full ring.
1) I'd iso pre and raise to maybe 16 on the flop.
2) I still bet, because there's a fair amount of various straight draws out there and it's also going to be a lot harder to stack Qx if you don't start building the pot on the flop. As played, I think the river might be just a call once he checkraises, but I'm not nearly familiar enough w/ FR unknowns to really know one way or the other.
3) Weird spot, but this looks fine to me.
4) I'd very often just flat pre, but 3-betting is fine and often best. Postflop looks fine.
Did you have no relevant reads/stats at all in these hands btw? |

| fwiw, one's winrate over 1500 hands is completely useless. Winning players can have 60k hand breakeven stretches (take a look at some of Jon's graphs) |

only semi read i had was that villain in hand 3 sucked. i cant use my HUD when 12 tabling because my laptop can't handle it. and going down to 4-6 tables with a HUD reduces my avg $/hr so I opt to keep 12 running. none of the villains otherwise were particularly good or bad.
and i know the winrate is useless, just saying that i sucked for my meager session of 1500 hands haha |
