I've been a longtime 1/2 stud8 regular and looking to discuss strategy, experiences, etc with other regulars. Let me know if you're interested.

Your best bet would be to simply start discussiung and others might join in. (Though you might have better results at a more populated time.)

Just play it like razz. It's easier to back into a high than a low.

Play 3 suited + high pairs + 3 to straight.

Watch burned cards.

Don't pay of double bets (pair on board + later streets)

Avoid cappers (max betters)

play your boards vs theirs

Don't bluff often

NEVER think you are priced in because you always are
