First of all thanks for the advice on the last thread.
Now a question: sometimes I find myself in situations like these ones and I always fold even if I think I could call. Am I playing too tight?
Thanks in advance
(p.s. I hope the fact the hands are in italian isn't a problem)

Nah. Pretty standard really. I might have taken a look at 5th street on hand 1 but folding is not bad there either.

Yea I agree the fold is standard here especially since the pot is so small (just antes and a couple of bring-ins), there is no real reason to commit yourself to either hand. Usually because bets on earlier streets commit you to later streets in limit games a mistake made by folding is better than making a mistake by calling imo.

On 5th the bets are worth double what they were on 3rd & 4th so you want to either have the best hand or a good draw to the best. No reason to chase into a nothing pot those are losing calls imo.

Typically, a fold on 5th st (when the bets double) with two bricks is a good idea. Nevermind all the possible bricks or pairs he might have made, why double the money youve invested thus far when you need to hit 3 perfect cards to make any sort of playable hand. The first 3 rules of any stud game are Fold, Fold, Fold.

I typically wouldn't start playing that hand in a cash game anyway; there's no point to playing a brick unless everyone else has kings & queens at the door.

There's no point in folding if no one raises either.
