Gotta agree w/Strasse.
It could have been interesting if any player did anything but check 4th thru 6th streets.
Which begs the question ... as your hand developed, Tracy, seeing those higher cards, why didn't you bet to get some $ in the pot? |

I was checking to try to induce scareungar to bet. I was hoping he'd draw a hand and think I'd paired my cards because I wasn't betting out. If I would've jammed the pot they would've just folded so I wanted to give them some cards with which to make a worse hand.
Should I have just bet on 4th and took it down there and not had the chance of the pot getting bigger? |

| If you are going to take a shot with a marginal hand you need to build the pot. If not to win a huge pot after showdown, then to at least take it away with a Jack low. 4th street a check/call would have been good, but you have to lead out on 5th showing a better board when you still don't have a good made hand yet. Continue betting out 6th and 7th for value. |
