| Its about time the governmetn got involved and considered regulation of this wild west fleecing that going on. American Dollars are flying into the hands of full tilt and being used for some say terrorist activites? |

| It is the most unfair site, lets see, the pro tables have an unfair rake, while a lower stake game can be raked more. Yet this site says its fair...what BS, I hope they do ban this or allow us business to run..this place needs to shutdown once and for all... |

It's been 2 years..... any follow up replies
For those not aware, the final regs for this are being reviewed and proposed to take effect Jan 19 2008.

I was hoping we would of still been able to withdraw, heh.
Hopefully this all gets changed when Obama and the new administration takes over. Still some hope, heh. |

| I understood that the legistlation was aimed at banks and payment processors , and prevents them from funding online gambling I also have heard many arguments that poker is distinguishable from gambling becuause its a game of skill. Does full tilt have any concerns about it being considered a gambling site as opposed to a real poker site (one that provides a real game of skill) While many players including myself agree that poker is a game of skill we can not justify the way we continue to run on full tilt. We feel espeically uncomfortable when making that big bet with a monster before the river. REally feels alot like playing a house banking game (ie where your odds are a little less than favorable) Lets just say I am very skeptical of this software and the supposed RNG which seems to be offering up tons of evidence that it is in favor of redistibution of wealth particularly to the poor(underdog) Doesnt that kinda negate the skill concept, unless you love gettting alot in as a dog in a big pot? |

Speaking of "greasing"...
I think perhaps the American players who had a few $K in their bankrolls are going the be the one's asking for some "lubrication" here soon.
