JUST A GUESS add remove it and down load the dot com version only
if no responce by all means contact them ,i hav and on every ocasion was satisfied

| I would uninstall everything from FTP on your computer. Then download the .com version, then try it. You shouldn't be having any problems after that. If you do you'll have to email support@fulltiltpoker.com |

| Under federal law you can not use a debit card from ur bank if u live in the US I'm guessing that is your problem you prolly will have to go through, one of the other methods of payments!!! |
