Is anyone having a problem with their Iron Man chip not being there?
I have had one for 3 months, should be Gold this month and there is nothing. I am "opted in", can't get FTP to respond to my email request. |

Hey PAX,
Not to sure whether I can help with your problem, but I can say that there are lots of other players commenting on how long its taking for email replys so I guess you just gotta hold tight.
They took 4 days to get back to me,
Must be a really busy period  |

| If you would have read the resposnses on your other posts, you would have seen that I posted that mine disappeared at the beginning of last month and returned within a week. Dont know why it happens but it does. |

| Well mine has NEVER gone away for the past three months and I play every day. I am just POed that FTP can't even respond to an email after 5 days. |

DAY 6....NO REPLY FROM FTP.....I NEED TO LOOK AT OTHER WEB SITES. YOU F'N PEOPLE NEVER, NEVER RESPOND TO QUESTIONS , PROBLEMS OR FIX THINGS.
IT JUST REALLY PISSES ME THAT YOU NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS AND THIS FORUM IS JUST FOR PLAYERS THAT CAN'T FIX PROBLEMS ANYWAY. I UNDERSTAND WHY YOU DON'T LIST PHONE CONTACT NUMBERS.
NO, ITS NOT ABOUT THE CHIP ICON ANYMORE.....IT'S THE FACT THAT THEIR IS NEVER EVEN A RESPONSE TO A PLAYERS CONCERN OR PROBLEM!!! |
