hi there, i want to close an account and open a new one so that i can get rakeback.ive emailed support 4 TIMES and have had no replies!Tried to open another anyway but it wont let me use my existing email address...
i cant find a way to close the account and other posts have told me the support is useless at FT! i still wanna persevere with FT as i know i could easily qualify for the full $600 signup bonus. ive never used the first account either! i wana be with FT as there are so many cash tables and the menus are easy to navigate unlike some other sites. im hoping u guys can be more helpful than the people that FT pay to help people! thanx guys, hope to hear from you soon! Smile

Sorry LD,

You and a zillion others would love to reopen an account in order to get rakeback. Unless you were playing with some colossal bankroll and had connections you can't do it. There have been times when FTP allowed rakeback for exisiting users through a group like the Hendon Mob so you can keep an eye out for that, otherwise you're sol for the time being.

so rather than gain new custom or keep existing customers, they would rather let us go where we can gain these deals? seems a little counter productive to me, dont ya think?i mean 73% of something is worth more than 100% of fck all! im considering juggling email addresses and bank accounts, although im sure this wont work either (sumone tell me it wont to save me the hassle of doing it!). if it doesnt, then i suppose il have to go elsewhere. their support team havent replied to any of my queries yet (5 emails in 24 hours), so i suppose their chances of gaining my custom are pretty slim at the mo... Sad

FT support never answers emails, there is no way around although this is the best poker site, its pretty understandable why they don't let people switch accounts or have multiple accounts!!!

before u register yourself to FTP you have the ability to read the rules.
you should do that. at any pokersite, at any banksite or whatever.

it would be stupid from FT to let ppl do multi-accs...
they have to pay 453465743534757489573495834757646534564634573465453469534560009999999999999 times a 600$ bonus, the 20k freerolls would be too crowded (they would have to make at least 20 of them, because anyone would make a new acc after another for the bonus and stuff).
FT would lose alot of money and for sure they wont make a difference just because one "stupid" person is crying to them because he was too stupid to think before registering/ to inform about bonuscodes...

FT cares a flying **** about you saying "i will go to another plattform".
no one cares about one unimportant person, even more when this person is an idiot...

take care, lol
