A reraise is in order IMO, but not all-in. 240 into an 800 pot... I'd probably reraise to 1K. It's enough to push off smart people on draws, and will give you more info on their hand if they call. Unfortunately there's nothing you could've done to drive off this guy, just take pleasure in the thought that most of the time, you'll bust this guy making that play.

He is only sitting on 1K so he will be all-in even with your raise, I think I would double his bet, he will know that he is behind now and if a blank turns u can bet all-in there. He has only 18% to hit his flush and most likely he will fold here, if a diamond turns u can get rid of your hand and you will still have some chips to play with.

If you find yourself in a situation where you only have 1000 chips and blinds are 120/240, you're in deep, deep trouble already. A hand like AT means you should push preflop, unless someone raised ahead of you (maybe then, too, depending on circumstances). You had to push the flop, and he had to call - both of you were right there, but earlier, you should have moved it in. How did you let yourself get down to less than 5 BB anyways? That's a far more important issue for you to work on.

When I get shortstacked (less than 10 BBs), I only have two moves preflop: All-In or Fold.
