| His check on 5th street was EXTREMELY strong. He caught two perfect cards and didn't bet. Sure, you caught very strong cards, but if he has a three or a four underneath, he has you beat, and based on his check on fifth, it's fair to think that he does. When you look at the pot, it makes the fold somewhat difficult, but you know that if you have the worst hand you'll be putting two more dollars in. You could fold the hand on 6th. |

| On 6th street with 652A showing to your 7654 I don't think you can call his bet. At this point you are drawing to a 6 low that may not be good once you get there (as was the case) He could already have a 6542A or 6532A or even have a 7 down for a better 7 low then you if you do not improve. His check on 5th street was very strong he was willing to give you a free card showing 765 to his 65A. He was either planing to check raise or was slowplaying to get value in later rounds. |

| He has you beat from the beginning of the hand. You have three overcards on third street and still two overcards by fourth street. Your bet on fourth street is fine as a probe. But with his call, I think it's an automatic bail to a bet on fifth street. When his hand improved further over yours on sixth street and he bet it, no way should you stick around. |

First, you started with a pretty rough hand - 8-7-3 - with one of the worse cards up. This hand isn't too strong anyway, but with the seven up it's pretty poor since your opponent has a better idea than usual of what your hand is. Also notice that no 8s, 7s, or 3s are out, so your chances of pairing up are relatively high.
Second, you should be suspicious when the player with by far the best board plays passively, and slow down if you get called.
Third, on fifth street it should be clear that you might be drawing dead. Whenever you could be drawing dead you should have no reservations about folding.
This hand isn't that spectacular really. Its probably the equivalent of a hold'em hand where you start with A-Q, the other guy starts with A-K, and you both make aces up. You started behind and finished behind, it just looks worse because you both made big hands.

Who are you arguing with and why are you lowering yourself to that level? |

| Dont take it as a horrible call, write it off as a learning experience, but from the start he had you beat. And he kept improving his hand with each card delt. Myself I probably would have let the hand go especially if the guy has shown that he usually has the goods. If he bluffs you out this one hand then give him credit for a good play and get him the next time. But based off what you've shown its pretty obvious early on that he has you beat. |

Yeah, less work on the trash talk during the hand and observation on what the other guy had would have saved you big time.
Definately had to get out of that hand. When he has A-5 on fourth street...you have too much to catch up on. Your best hope at that point was to catch an A, and even then you probably would have just split.
Did you at least win the **** match during the hand? |
