I cashed out part of my bankroll on Friday afternoon and it has not changed from queued yet. Just wondering it its 24-48 hours in business days, which might make sense. Other cashouts have gone through faster in the past.
Thanks |

LOL,
I was actually just getting ready to send them an email. I cashed out Saturday, 72 hours ago. I hope they're not having problems with cash outs; I kinda need the money, soon. |

My withdrawal went through almost immediately after I sent them an email asking what the story was. Could be coincidence, or maybe TilterDoug helped behind the scenes.
On a side note, I received my FT t-shirt in less than a week after using some of my points. VERY IMPRESSIVE. I LOVE FTP! |

I just sent them an email about my withdrawal. I'm usually pretty patient, but man, I needs the cash soon.
The shirts are pretty cool. I can't wait until I have enough points to get the retro bowling shirt. |

| I have also had problems with my first cashout. I sent an email to cashier@fulltiltpoker.com and I have gotten no response. I guess my next step is to send an email to support. Is there a phone number where we can talk to someone? It just seems like their support is lousy for an otherwise great site. Except for the bad beats of course! |

I have a beef with the withdrawal process, but the support staff are very helpful.
Here's what happened. I'll start with the beef.
I requested a withdrawal a few days ago. Yesterday it goes through, but to my ePassporte account. For some reason, FTP has ePassporte as my preferred account. I hate using ePassporte. I live in Canada, so ePassporte takes too long, if you don't already have the Visa Electron ATM card, which I don't.
I really wanted to withdrawal my money using Neteller. I purposely went down to my bank to get my direct deposit info, so I could deposit my FTP winnings directly into my bank account, via Neteller.
I was told I should have specified Neteller as my preferred account at the time of the cash out, but there is no way of doing that. If you click 'CASH OUT' on the cashier page, it shows you your available balance, and gives you a space to type in how much you want to withdraw.
For first time withdrawers, it can be confusing.
But I must say, the support staff member, Carey, was very helpful. The email replies were very prompt, and helpful. Every time I have emailed FTP I've received prompt, helpful replies. |

That bowling shirt is indeed sweet.
I wish they offered more FTP wear in the store. The hockey jersey Howard Lederer wore during this year's WSOP is very cool, almost as cool as the shirt we wears in the 'Secrets to Online Poker' dvd. Sadly, neither of them are offered in the store. |

| dont see why it should even take 24 hours. this is typical of FTP, things that take 30 seconds to do anywhere else take days or even weeks in some cases to do here. |
