I am almost embarrassed to ask this question, but when calculating my pot odds, if there is a low, I should be cutting my pot odds in half when I am drawing to the high, right?
Example:
I flop two to a flush, giving me 2-1 odds that I hit it by the river. If the cards are say 3-6-8, does that mean I need 4-1 pot odds to continue?
I have a suspicion that this might be the hole in my game.... |

| For example, if the pot is 300, and someone bets 150 into the pot and you are drawing to a high hand when there is a low hand on the board and you are pretty sure he has the low, you would have to pay 150 to try to win 225(his bet in half is 75), so you are gettin 1.5-1 pot odds instead of 3-1. |
