lol, no, its not really that bad. 7-2 offsuit is terrible in hold em because you have no pair/no draw
in omaha, 7722 is a decent hand because you have two chances to make a set. now, if your 22 trips up, it is very tough for that hand to hold up till the river, but if your 7 trips up, you have a better chance of having the best hand till the end |

| 2222 is by far the worst hand in omaha NO DOUBT ABOUT IT! You have no drawing possibilities as 2223 would have. 2222 you already have your hand layed out for you. |

7-7-2-2 is a terrible hand. The best you can hope for is a set of sevens that could easily be crushed by the river. I think this is an easy fold from any position, unless you're headsup against a 100% blind stealer... but even then it's closer to a fold, imo.
If the preflop raiser is a total donk who will pot bet any flop, do call. Then you fold if you don't help, reraise pot if you do. |
