I understand that if you win the high and low you scoop the pot, but if you win the high hand and noone qualifies for the low(you win the whole pot) is that considered a scoop as well?
I am thinkin no!.... |

| Anytime that you win the entire pot, whether it his halved or not, it is a scoop. So yes, you can scoop with a high hand only. |
