| I just opened an acct. at FT. After playing my first tournament, I tried to find my hand history. I went to the page, clicked on the folder and got nothing. I changed the folder, then changed the number of days to save histories, clicked on the folder and saw a file. I opened the file and it is the tourney I was playing in, it is the table I was at, but I am not involved in any of the hands listed.I was knocked out, but the tournament is still in progress, does that have anything to do with it? It is important to me to keep an accurate record of every hand I play on this site. Can anyone give me advice on how to clear this up and keep it running smoothly? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Jerry |

In Options -> Hand History, make sure you have the box checked like this:
When you first install the program, it doesn't default to saving your hand histories (although I wish it would). If you email support@fulltiltpoker.com and give them the tournament number, they might be able to email you a text file of the hand histories that didn't get saved. |

I've got that box checked, but it doesn't save any HH:s. Or in fact it has saved some, but last saves are weeks old, and there are only a few folders.
Just a guess, but I think it's because Vista and FT software are not best friends |

If you're using Vista, I think you'd have to do one of two things.
1. Run the client as "Administrator" so the client can write to the directory in "Program Files".
2. Change the location for saving the hand histories to:
| Code: |
| C:\Documents and Settings\yourWindowsUsername\Full Tilt Poker\Hand History |
Note that you might have to create that directory.
It's probably a permissions issue, although why it would save some hands but not others is confusing to me. Try one or both of those changes above and play some play chip games to see if it's working correctly. |
