Well I wouldnt be posting if I won the hand...

I have been on the good end of bad beats and the bad end. Its not the first time AA hasnt held up against a nothing board, and it wont be the last, but I am wondering if there is anything I could have done differently... OutKickU was betting alot of hands, majority ended up losing or folding after river, hoping to catch a flier and not getting it...so his/her gameplay was loose to say the least...

Being knew I am just wondering if I could've done anything differently

Well no disrespect, but if you can't see the obvious flaw in this hand then you shouldnt be playing 5/10 6-handed. The flat call preflop is just pure spew, it's probably worse than folding! You want to raise to get rid of many hands behind you as possible. AA does not play well multiway, so you really don't want anyone else in the hand. NEVER EVER slowplay in limit unless you have a complete lock on the hand. AA preflop is miore likely to lose than to win when 4 people see a flop, so you're not getting any advantage by flatting.

On the flop...So now you decide your hand is good enough for a raise You lead, are raised, someone calls 2 then you call again. I'd be worried here. I'm expecting bunyan to have AJ/KQ and Outkick to have TT-AA.

On the turn you just get silly. When OutKick leads again he's pretty much never bluffing. Bunyan folds, which makes AJ/AT a little more likely as KQ still has odds to draw. So you raise...and get reraised. Now you need to hit fold. Instead you throw good money after bad and cap it???

River...The 7 is no help to anyone, and there's no way you were ahead before/after it, so why raise again? Given that he flat calls, I'm guessing he has TT for a set, maybe JT. I can't see him flatting the nutz here!

I guess there's a chance he could have AA/KK/QQ, but I seriously doubt it. If he has an ironman chip next to his name then he'll definitely be a good player, so it makes it even more unlikely.

So my advice would be to move down limits as you have some serious leaks in your game.

I know I was playing above myself, but being new and tight I feel I have learnt more from this level and 2/4 than in the 25/50c and 50c/1..

but how I read the hand. I put Buynon on KQ and to be honest showed alot of immaturity and disrespect for Outkick, and put him/her on at best a low pair. I was thinking 8's or lower... really had no idea why, but just after being at the table with them all for a while about an hour at least, I had seen Outkick bullying with smaller hands and not really pushing on higher hands, but calling and check/raising better hands.

After turn I was dead in the water with 2 outs.. not that I knew it obviously, as I was owned big time, and previous play had set him up well to beat my AA.

Set of 3's took me out.

I cant explain why I didnt raise AA pre flop, I guess all the talk on many different forums saying AA gets beaten all the time yadda yadda yadda... I just wanted to get in and see how the flop came about... and then when it was raised I just wanted to scare him out of the pot.

After the flop, as I said I didnt put him on a set, and hence pushed... big mistake obviously.

It's all a learning experience, and yes I lost some cash on that hand, but I do take from it that pre turn, I had read his actions pretty well, as he got the set on the turn and as far as odds are, we were both on exactly the same odds of a set, and I had an outside chance pre turn of a inside straight.

I guess my read of the play in the many hands before, caused me to not treat the hand with the respect it deserved and it cost me.

limp raises are so funny. any time someone limp raises me, i have an easy decision. its like writing your hand in the chat

Agree to raise / re-raise preflop. Would look to play more conservative without folding once re-raised on later streets. Play big pots with big hands, small pots with small hands, etc... Here you played a $300 dollar pot for 15 big bets with one pair.

There's enough chance your opponent has KK, QQ, AJ, to justify not folding, but there's no value in capping every street.
