I inquired as to how to withdrawal and this is the message I received. Since I am not withdrawaling the minimum of $1500 my funds are stuck there.

Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for contacting the CLICK2PAY Service Team.

We have currently removed the withdrawal option in your CLICK2PAY
Account but will reinstate it in a short period of time.

However, it is possible to withdraw funds by sending an e-mail to
withdrawal.click2pay@click2pay.com. Please be advised that we will need
your banking details to initiate the transfer so if you have not
registered a bank account with CLICK2PAY you must include your banking
details in your email. The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 1,500.

We thank you for your cooperation and apologize for the inconveniences
caused.

Should you have further questions about the information given above,
please reply directly to this email, including our original text and
ticket number. This will help us to deal with your inquiry much faster.

Please note: CLICK2PAY will never ask you via e-mail to disclose your
login details on the Internet or to disclose or confirm your login
details via telephone or fax.

Thank you for using CLICK2PAY.

Kind regards

CLICK2PAY Service Team

What the heck is a "forum pro" anyway? I do see however that he has made 1679 posts. Maybe he should think about getting a life.

I registered with Click2Pay last year. After all the hype started I called them earlier this month. I received an answer immediately. They told me that although they would no longer be accepting NEW US clients, my account would continue to be active since I had already registered.

In the past two weeks I have made deposits AND withdrawls with no problem whatsoever.

thanks for letting me know this -- although I will say that I'm still having problems both trying to make a withdrawal as well as getting any response from them.

thay are not scam artest because i use click2pay with no bs and the email has not changed from their website the phone # is 1-888-254-2729 i used them yesterday and everything went through fine. they are no longer accepting USA new accounts so if your worried call them and find out for yourself like I did. if the line is busy due to high volume of calls just hang up and redial until you get in that's all gl all.

Just as an FYI - my attempts to reach Click2Pay by e-mail generate only an automatic response saying my request has been received and please don't write again as it will slow down their response time (now going on several MONTHS!), and my phone calls always manage to be disconnected if and when I DO get through. Lately, I am unable to get through at all - getting a recording saying the call can not be processed at this time after being on hold for a few minutes.

Has ANYONE been successful in reaching them lately? My account was opened long before Click2Pay stopped taking US clients, and it seems they are holding my money "hostage".

Just wanted to post an update to the Click2Pay thread letting folks know that while there was still no option to withdraw the funds, I was finally able to get through to a customer service rep who actually provided service. She located the bank account info. which I had previously sent in order to "activate" the account, and that allowed me to move my money back into FTP. Perseverence was the key, as my calls repeatedly ended with a recording saying that they could not be connected at this time.

Hi:

Despite the demise of Neteller and problems at epassporte, my clic2pay account works fine. I recently transfered some money from my bank account to them - it is pending because it takes 7 business days or whatever - which is a pain but I did several transfers in January and they all worked fine.

At least their Web site is available where you can get account information. Epassporte just seems to be dead to the world.

OoJASONoO and others have been unfairly attacked by posters who are missing the essential points.
1) There are indeed numerous instances of people reporting the identical problem of not being able to withdraw their money from Click2Pay. That other posters have reported no problems does not disprove this.
2) At this point in time, I too consider FTP culpable by continuing to promote and use Click2Pay after so many people have called attention to serious problems and issues. FTP should have investigated the issue. If Clcik2Pay has or did have a reasonable explanation and could assure FTP depositors access to their funds, then FTP should have conspicuously posted this news. Instead it evaded the issued with a buried, vague generalization about recent legislation and uncertainty in the online industry. And finally, FTP or any other business does in fact have an obligation to shut down advertisers or business partners suspected of questionable activities. FTP has taken no action at all: no admission of a problem, no communication from any investigation or inquiry, no change in Click2Pay's status. To say, as some have in these posts, that it's not FTP's problem at this point is nonsense.
